How many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to our to-do board as you'd like. They will be delivered one by one with average speed based on your membership level. (Mini: Average 5 day delivery, Standard: Average 3 day delivery, PRO: Average 2 days delivery - two requests at a time.)
What varieties of design work are available for request?
Websites, mobile apps, logos, Branding, wireframes, UX solutions, pitch decks (PDF), slide decks (PDF), newsletter and e-mail design, infographics, poster, business card, 3d illustrations, design manuals, billboards, stickers, social media graphics, resumes, packaging, blog graphics, digital banners (non animated).

How fast will I receive my designs?
Typically, requests are done in a few days, but complex ones may require more time. (Mini: Average 5 day delivery, Standard: Average 3 day delivery, PRO: Average 2 days delivery - two requests at a time.)
Who works on my designs?
You will be working directly with me, Michal Prekop as I am the only designer at Uncut Corners. I am senior graphic designer with more than 18 years of experience who has worked with many design studios and clients from Europe and New York.
How can I initiate a design request?
We'll establish a user-friendly Notion to-do board where you can track the queue, see what I'm currently working on, and view completed tasks. You can simply add your request via Notion. If you prefer sending them via e-mail, that works too!
How do we handle it if the design isn't to my liking?
No need to worry! We're committed to perfecting the design until it meets your complete satisfaction.
Tip: A detailed brief enhances the chances of the first design being exactly what you're looking for.
Is there a certain type of design work you don't undertake?
I can’t accept tasks including animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), super complex 3D modeling, complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.), PowerPoint or Word templates (presentation will be delivered as PDF file).
What if I only have a single request?
No problem! You can opt for a membership, even just for a month. Feel free to return and subscribe whenever you require more work.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can easily log in with your Stripe account and cancel your subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect after the current month's period concludes (calculated from the day you initiated your membership). This means you can continue to request design work while your membership is active, even if you've set up the subscription to be canceled next month.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with the service?
Since we put a lot of effort into delivering top-notch work and bring 20 years of design experience to the table, we don't do refunds.
